There are several good white water
rafting books with information about rivers in Oregon and the Pacific
Northwest. These include:

Western Whitewater - From the Rockies to the Pacific. Berkeley, CA: North Fork Press. Crawford. Driftboater's Guide to the Upper McKenzie. Additional Information: The McKenzie is managed by the McKenzie Ranger District, Willamette National Forest, McKenzie Bridge, OR 97413; (541) 822-3381. There is excellent trout and steelhead fishing to be had at the McKenzie. Be sure to have a current Oregon fishing license. The land along the McKenzie is a mix of US Forest Service lands and private property so please be aware of this when boating or fishing. Local shuttle services are available.
